Ximena Cardenas is a Master Mindset Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, Numerologist, and the founder of Mena Cardenas. She is passionate about helping changemakers, Go-Getters and leaders challenge their limiting beliefs, silence their inner critic, and align with their unique life’s purpose to ultimately have it all: a fulfilling career, healthy relationships and a healthy body using a holistic approach (mind, body, and soul). Her vision is to help people increase their self-awareness, self-love, and acceptance through the power of mindset work and numerology. 

Ximena was trained as a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) but quickly realised that people are fed by so much more than what’s on their plate. She has coached countless individuals on how to reprogram negative thought patterns that limit their earning potential and belief in themselves, so they can manifest a life of abundance from the inside out. Her techniques are derived from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Numerology and Holistic living. She combines western & eastern practices with the most up-to-date research.
